Rebondex is a manufacturer of rebonded polyurethane foam (Rebond), combining advanced recycling technology with high standards of quality and safety. We produce materials with densities ranging from 50 to 250 kg/m³, utilized in construction, industry, sports, and furniture manufacturing—wherever durability, stability, and effective insulation are paramount.
We specialize in the production of rebonded polyurethane foam with densities ranging from 50 kg/m³ to 250 kg/m³. This product is created through the secondary foaming process of PUR foam. These foams acquire unique properties (including resistance to extreme temperatures) and, as they are manufactured from repurposed PUR foam scraps, they are classified as eco-friendly products.
Processed PUR foam is ideal as a compensation cushion, a soundproofing element for residential and industrial spaces, a core component for mattresses and upholstered furniture, and as protective packaging to secure cargo against damage.
Our offer also includes type-T polyurethane foam underlays for laminate flooring, with densities from 18 kg/m³ to 40 kg/m³. Pricing is determined individually with each client.
